A Safe Space for Young People to Be Themselves

Compassionate therapy for tweens and teens navigating identity, relationships, and growing up.

Welcome

At Paige Pepper Counseling Services, I offer telehealth therapy for Wisconsin tweens and teens ages 10–18 who are facing the complexities of growing up in today’s world. Whether your child is struggling with grief, identity exploration, self-esteem, friendships, family dynamics, or big emotions—they deserve a space where they feel seen, heard, and understood.

I Specialize in Supporting:

  • LGBTQ+ youth seeking affirmation and belonging

  • Grief and loss (death, divorce, friendship changes, identity shifts)

  • Emotional regulation and interpersonal struggles

  • Identity and spiritual exploration

  • Building confidence, resilience, and self-awareness

A Person-Centered Approach That Honors Your Tween or Teen

I practice from a person-centered, trauma-informed lens, which means I value each young person’s voice, pace, and process. Sessions are guided by curiosity, empathy, and authenticity—not pressure or quick fixes.

Through play, creativity, open conversation, and reflection, I help clients better understand their emotions, trust their instincts, and feel more confident in who they are.

100% Telehealth for Comfort and Convenience

All therapy sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, making it easier for teens and tweens to attend from the comfort of home—an environment where many feel safer opening up. Virtual sessions also allow for more flexibility with scheduling and accessibility. Must be a resident of Wisconsin.
